How does a former employees access a corrected Form W-2 (W2-C)?

  1. Form W-2C, Corrected Wage and Tax Statement, is not available for a former employee on the ADP W-2 Portal. 
  2. If a W-2 correction is required, payroll will mail the Form W-2C to the most updated mailing address on file with UNC Charlotte.
