How will I know if my electronic Form W-2 is available to view and print?

  1. You will receive an email with “IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT AVAILABLE” in the subject line from the Payroll Department. 
  2. A notification will also appear on the UNC Charlotte Payroll Department website on January 31.
