How long will my Form W-2 be available online?

 
  1. Your Form W-2 will be available at least through October 15 of the year following the calendar year to which the Form W-2 relates.

  2. Generally, all Forms W-2 for previous tax years are available to employees via Banner Self Service once published.

    Example: Your 2023 Form W-2 will be available from the initial release date in January 2024 until October 15, 2024.

  3. Former employees will have access to their Form W-2 in the ADP Former Employee Portal.
