Do I have to opt-in if I want to access my Form W-2 electronically?

  1. No. You will still have access to all Forms W-2 electronically via My Charlotte after January 31 following any applicable tax year.
  2. However, if you do not opt in, you will still get a printed, mailed copy of your Form W-2 as well.
