How do I update external groups & lists to accept @charlotte.edu email address?

OneIT can not identify what external groups and organizations you subscribe to or have used your @uncc.edu email address to login to.

It is up to each individual to identify these lists and apps and update them.

  1. Many lists and discussion groups are private and only allow members to post.
  2. Private lists and discussion groups will not recognize the @charlotte.edu email address
  3. You will need to identify what groups you belong to and update them individually.
  4. An easy test is to send an email to the group, if it fails and you get a message that it can not be delivered, contact the group and follow the instructions that they provide.
