What if there is no sales tax charged on my original receipt and Works shows a sales tax total?

  1. If there is no tax charged on the receipt:
    1. Select the drop-down in Works for Tax Status.
    2. Select NonTaxable Purchase. 
    3. Click on the save button at the bottom right side of the screen.
