When are meal expenses eligible for reimbursement?

 
  1. The traveler must be in overnight travel status.
  2. Meal expenses are eligible for reimbursement based on actual departure and return times.
  3. An employee may be reimbursed for breakfast even if a continental breakfast is provided (note this on the agenda).
