When will I be eligible for my Alumni Email address?

You will be eligible for an Alumni Email address as soon as you are marked as a graduated student in the system. This can take up to 4-6 weeks after graduation. To check your graduation status:

  1. Go to my.charlotte.edu
  2. Click on the Banner Self Service icon on the right-side of the screen in the Quick Links box
  3. Click on Student Services/Student Accounts
  4. Click on Student Records
  5. Click on Unofficial Transcript
  6. Choose either All Levels or specify Undergraduate or Graduate
  7. Click Submit
  8. Check the Degree Summary section to see if you have been awarded a degree
    1. If it has been longer than 6 weeks and you still do not have a degree awarded, please contact Niner Central
    2. If you have been awarded a degree, but still cannot register for your Alumni Email account, please contact Alumni Affairs
