How can I assure I get a confirmation email once the teleworking agreement is approved?

Verifying that your DocuSign completion notifications are turned on will ensure that you receive confirmation emails.

  1. Go to docusign.charlotte.edu.
  2. Enter your NinerNET credentials in the Web Authentication screen that appears and click Log In.
  3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen and select My Preferences from the dropdown.

  4. On the left side menu click Notifications.

  5. In the Recipient Notifications section, if it is not already checked, click the box beside "An envelope is completed" to activate completion emails.

  6. Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the screen to save your notification preferences.  If no changes are needed skip to step 8. 
  7. A pop-up message will appear verifying the update.

  8. Click Home on the top menu to return to the main DocuSign screen.
