Using ImageNow Print
1. Login the Perceptive Content desktop client using your NinerNet credentials. The menu bar below will appear. The available icons will vary based on your approved system access. The Capture icon is required for use of ImageNowPrint.

2. Open the document that needs to be added to the imaging system using the standard application for that document type, e.g. Gmail, Word, etc.
3. Initiate printing and update the destination printer to be ImageNow Printer then click Print.

4. Perceptive Content will open a popup box prompting you to select from available print Capture profiles. Select the option from the dropdown that corresponds with the appropriate drawer, document type and/or workflow queue and click OK.

5. If the profile selected is associated with an application plan, enter/update required information and click Capture. The fields available for entry will vary based on the document type selected.
Note: Prior to clicking Capture, if you determine that you do not wish to store the document in Perceptive Content you can click the Cancel button to abort the process.
6. After you click Capture a screen will open with a preview of the document that you have stored along with the values that you just selected. Update any desired information related to the document and click the
icon to finalize document capture. If you click the X in the upper right corner of the screen without saving you will be prompted to either save or discard the document. Clicking No when prompted will abort the document storage process.

Tip to Improve Image Quality: If the image quality from a pdf file print is blurry, try printing the document again, but when you select ImageNow Printer click the drop down beside Color to change it to "Color".
7. Navigate to the destination where the document should be stored to confirm that submission was successful.
