OneIT - Imaging Document Submission (IDS) Form Submission Manual

This document provides general instructions on how to complete and submit a OneIT - Imaging Document Submission (IDS) Form.  For specific instructions on the content of the form, please contact your supervisor.

System Access Restrictions

The ability to view items and complete actions within Perceptive Content is restricted based on approved system security access.  An FAQ on requesting access updates is available hereQuestions regarding which security group(s) will provide the access needed can be submitted via a Help Ticket.

 

OneIT - Imaging Document Submission (IDS) Form Submission

1.  Open a browser and go to the OneIT - Imaging Document Submission (IDS) Form link to launch the form.

2.  When prompted, enter your NinerNet credentials and click Log In.

3.  The form will be displayed with the Initiator ID, Name and Date fields auto-populated.

4.  Select the name of the Department that the submission should be routed to from the dropdown.

Restricted Access: ISSO International Student and Scholar Office (Internal) should only be selected by ISSO personnel.  A separate manual is available here for internal ISSO use of the form.

Travel Must Be One Person and One Trip: Each travel document must be submitted on a separate IDS form (one person and one trip).  If multiple trips/individuals are submitted together on one IDS form, payment will not be made since they were not submitted separately.

5.  Complete the additional required and/or optional data entry fields that appear.  These will vary based on the Department that was selected.  In all cases you will be required to select the type of document being submitted in the Document Type dropdown.

6.  Add Notes in the available field, if appropriate.

7.  Click the attachments button to add the document being submitted for processing.

8.  Click thesubmit button to save the form to the system for processing.  A pop-up box will appear confirming submission. 

9.  Refresh your browser to initiate a new submission.

10.  Exit the form by closing the browser window.

Do Not Send Hard Copy Duplicate: Submitting a document via IDS routes it electronically to the department for processing.  Unless otherwise instructed, DO NOT send the document also by hard copy.  Sending a hard copy also may result in duplicate processing/payment.  It is recommended that you follow the guidance here to confirm that your submission posted to the imaging system successfully.  Retaining the original within your department for at least 10 days after submission is also advised.
