System Access Restrictions
The ability to view items and complete actions within Perceptive Content is restricted based on approved system security access. An FAQ on requesting access updates is available here. Questions regarding which security group(s) will provide the access needed can be submitted via a Help Ticket.

Financial Certification Form Submission
1. Open a browser and go to the Financial Certification Form link to launch the form.
2. When prompted, enter your NinerNet credentials and click Log In.
3. The form will be displayed with your Student ID, name and other information auto-populated.

4. After viewing the instructions, click Hide Instructions to collapse them.
5. The link will change to Show Instructions. Click on Show Instructions to view the instructions again.
6. Enter your City of Birth.
7. If needed, update the values auto-populated in Country of Birth and Country of Citizenship (country that issued your passport) by selecting alternate values from the available drop-downs.
8. Select your Country of Legal Residence (the country where you have your permanent home and you intend to return) from the drop-down.
9. Complete the remaining fields in the Immigration and Visa Information section. Your responses may cause you to be prompted to complete additional fields by selecting from available options or entering required data.

10. If more than one family member will be coming with you to the United States on a dependent Visa, click the Add Another Entry button to append rows for data entry.
11. Your Estimated Cost of Attendance at UNC Charlotte and Financial Assistance From UNC Charlotte will auto-populate. Click the Show Details button beside either of these values to display related details.
12. Indicate any other Source of Financial Support by selecting a value from the drop-down and then entering a corresponding Amount of Funding.

13. If more than one Source of Financial Support exists, click Add Another Entry to append additional input row(s).
14. Click the Attachments button to add one or more of the following supporting documents:
- Checking or savings account statement
- Certificate of deposit (CD) statement with a maturity date prior to the start of the student's term of admission
- Money market account statement
- Educational loan statement
15. Click the Submit Financial Certification Form button to save the form to the system for processing. A pop-up box will appear confirming submission.

Resubmission: This form can be resubmitted only for another start term, if the previous Financial Certification has been denied or approved, or after 60 days have expired.
16. Exit the form by closing the browser window.
