How do I find out what 3rd party systems I have logged into with my credential?

Before you rename your Google account you must update any 3rd party systems you have logged into with your credentials using the button below. If you don't won't be able to log in to these systems and risk data loss. This is a manual process that OneIT can not do for you since these are not enterprise systems.

  1. The best place to start is by checking your Google account settings
  2. Open Gmail, click on your account in the top right corner
  3. Click Manage Your Google Account

  4. Click on Data & privacy
  5. Go to the bottom of the page, look for Data from apps and services you use

  6. Click on Third-party apps & services
  7. This should provide you with a list of 3rd party services that you have logged into.
    1. Remove any systems that you no longer use.
    2. This list may not be exhaustive.
  8. Print off this list or take a screen capture.
  9. Now you will have to log in with your account, and follow the vendors' instructions to update your account to
  10. Update all of your 3rd party applications BEFORE you rename your Google account.

  12. After you have renamed your account, log into the 3rd party systems to verify your access and data. If you have problems you will need to contact the vendor(s).

NOTE: When you rename your account, it may affect the functionality of mobile apps tied to your account. To resolve any issues with mobile apps, you may have to remove the account and then add back the appropriate account.
