My primary Google account is now, what should I do to log into third party applications?

If you used your credentials to log in to a non-university system, you will either need to log in with your old credentials OR temporarily revert the change and update your profile to use your credentials. (Each vendor handles this differently. You will need to work with vendors, not the OneIT Service Desk)

  • As part of the Google account rename, you may notice that some third-party web applications that you used your Google account ( to log into, no longer work.
  • You will need to contact the third-party to request that they update your account to use your account. The OneIT service desk cannot assist with this process as it is unique to each third-party.
  • If you need immediate access to a third-party application, we have provided the option for you to revert your account temporarily back to so you can login to make or request the change from the third-party.
  • Please follow the Revert Account process found in the NinerNet Account management webpage.
    • Go to the NinerNet Account page. (link
    • Click Manage Account
    • Log in with your NinerNet credentials.
    • Scroll down to the Having Issues using "Sign In With Google"? section.
    • Follow the steps to revert back to your account for 60 minutes.
