How do I tell who has access to a Google Shared Drive?

 

  1. Login to gdocs.uncc.edu and browse to the Google Shared Drive folder by expanding Shared Drives

    Google Team Drive
  2. Right click on the folder and select View members

  3. A Member access box will open that lists who has access and what access they have
    Google Team Drive access box

    Google Groups can be members and assigned access to Google SharedFolders. Check with a manager access member of the Google Shared Folder if details are needed about Google Group access.

  4. Click Done to close the Member access box
