How do I check Voicemail for a Common Area (Generic Department) Physical Phone?

To check voicemail on a physical phone:

  1. Go to the physical phone
  2. Press *86
  3. Enter the PIN number (If you don't know the PIN contact the OneIT Service Desk)
  4. Press #
  5. Choose the menu option to Check voicemail

To check voicemail for a shared line from the Zoom client:

  1. Open the Zoom client
  2. Click on Voicemail
  3. Click on the dropdown by All Voicemail
  4. Choose Line
  5. Choose the Line you want to check
