How do I cancel a personal webpage account?

NOTE:  Cancelling your personal webpage will remove all files associated to your site.  Make sure you have a backup of files you want before you proceed.

  1. Go to hosting.charlotte.edu and login using your NinerNET credentials

  2. Click Cancel/Delete Account
    Cancel / Delete Account

  3. It can take up to 1 hour for your account to be de-provisioned
