How do I login to the Adobe Creative Cloud application and individual applications like Photoshop?

Students can login to Adobe products in the labs by following the instructions below.

Faculty and staff will need to create an account before logging in the first time; see this FAQ for more details.

  1. Go to adobe.charlotte.edu and click the Log In button, then click the Sign in button on the top right
    -or-
    Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app on your local machine.

  2. In the Email address field, enter your username@uncc.edu (not @charlotte.edu) and click the Continue button.
    Note: Do not use the “Continue with Google” option or you will be prompted to create a free personal account instead of logging in to your university account.

  3. Click Company or School Account.

  4. Sign in with your NinerNet username and password.

  5. You are now logged into Adobe.
