How do I sign-up/login to Adobe Acrobat DC?

Tags adobe

Adobe has changed the way it does it's licensing. Adobe now needs everyone to "sign-up" for a license.

  1. Sign up for a university Adobe account before using the software - use your username@charlotte.edu address not your email alias (FirstLast@uncc.edu)
    1. Go to adobe.charlotte.edu and sign-up. See this FAQ for more details.
    2. If it says you already have an account - great!
  2. Launch Adobe Acrobat DC
    1. Enter your username@charlotte.edu in the email address field and hit Tab.
Note: do not use the "Continue with Google" option or you will be prompted to create a free personal account instead of logging in to your University account.
    2. Choose Company or School Account.
    3. You should be prompted to login using the standard UNC Charlotte single sign-on page.
    4. If it looks like you are already logged in, choose the option to use a different ID (we want to make sure you are using the university license).
  3. If you have any problems, contact the IT Service Desk, 704-687-5500 or see this FAQ

NOTE: Don't sign up through Adobe.com
