How do I record a personalized voicemail greeting on a Shared Line Group?

A voicemail greeting can be set up for a Shared Line Group either through the Zoom Phone application or a physical phone.

Zoom application: 

1. Choose the Shared Line Group number listed next to "Caller ID" under the keypad.
2. Call *86 and enter your PIN.
   • Option 1 will allow you to check voicemail,
   • Option 2 will allow you to record a voicemail greeting. 
3. After recording the greeting, listen to it then you will be prompted to save it.

Physical phone: 

1. Select the shared line.
2. Call *86, then you will be prompted for a voicemail pin.
   • Option 1 will allow you to check voicemail,
   • Option 2 will allow you to record a voicemail greeting. 
3. After recording the greeting, listen to it then you will be prompted to save it.
