How do I transfer a call on my physical phone (not the Zoom client)?

The transfer call options are available under the More (...) button on your phone's display while you are on an active call.

Press the More (...) button once to see options including:

• Transfer: aka a warm transfer if you want to speak with the person to whom you are transferring the call
• Park: if you are on a shared line group and want to have another member of your group be able to pick up the call
• BlindXfer: aka a cold transfer if you want to transfer the call directly without speaking to the person to whom you are transferring the call

On a Cisco phone, you can also continue to use the physical transfer button. Review the Cisco documentation on transferring calls for more information.
