What to do if your prints are unusable as a result of machine malfunction

Refunds may be available for pages that are unacceptable due to printer or system error, system failure or poor print quality. 

Jobs that qualify for refunds

  • Print jobs that are incomplete
  • Toner smudges on prints or copies
  • Damaged pages

Jobs that do not qualify for refunds

REPROS cannot offer refunds for mistakes or output you did not expect. The following are examples that do not qualify for refunds:

  • The color of the print or copy is not rendered exactly as it is on screen
  • The printed document was improperly formatted for printing or copying
  • Too many pages were printed or multiple jobs were sent to the machine by mistake

How to request a refund

REPROS will retain the unacceptable pages whenever possible, so please do not discard your damaged output. 

Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to process and appear as a credit on your 49er Account. 

Cash refunds will not be made. A credit will be made to the 49er Account for the amount of the refund.
