How to request service
Report problems with REPROS printers or multifunction devices via a OneIT Help Desk ticket.
Please include the printer make and model, location, REPROS machine number, description of the problem, error messages, programs that are unable to print, computer(s) that are unable to print and any other information regarding the issue to help facilitate a quick response to the problem.
