Given the increases reflected in the new salary ranges, will there be changes to the University’s current compensation philosophy (all SHRA compensated between 90%-110% of his/her respective range)?

Yes. Given the sizable percentage increases associated with the new ranges/rates (with some as high as 25%),as well as no additional funding provided by the State, the University will revise its current SHRA compensation philosophy to all employees compensated between 80%-110% of his/her respective market range until additional funding can be identified and distributed equitably across the campus SHRA population.
