My current salary falls below 80% of the new market range associated with my position. Will my salary be increased to meet the University’s revised compensation philosophy?

The University is committed to ensuring all employees are compensated within their respective salary range and consistent with the University’s compensation strategy of  80% - 110% of the new market ranges. The university is currently looking into ways to address any resulting gaps given the new ranges were released without additional funding provided by the State.
