I have funding available in my budget, may I request a salary increase(s) for my employee(s)?

To maintain internal pay equity among SHRA employees of similar designation (regardless of funding source), the University will develop and implement a tiered strategy to address SHRA 

compensation matters using a campus-wide approach. Individual salary increase requests from departments (for market reasons only) will not be reviewed/approved at this time.
