Add Signature to Microsoft Outlook

Look for Classic Outlook in Microsoft's instructions for how to create signatures for Microsoft Outlook.

The Microsoft Outlook Office 365 desktop app has a bug that prevents Google Workspace Sync users from setting a default signature. 

To fix this:

1. Close Microsoft Outlook. 
2. Download, extract, and run this .reg file. Tell the prompts "Yes". This disables remote signatures in Outlook.
3. Once the reg file is run you should get a message that says successfully added to the registry. 
4. Open Microsoft Outlook and set your default signatures.
