What is the difference between Google Takeout and Google Transfer?

Both Google Takeout and Google Transfer can be used to move data (email, files, etc.) out of a Google account.

  • Google Takeout
    • Using Takeout, you are downloading the data to a separate file that can be uploaded to another application or account (Google or non-Google)
