It is the responsibility of the host to manage the meeting. Unattended AI bots such as otter.ai or read.ai should not be allowed to attend meetings. However, there may be a legitimate need for third party bot integrations. Use these bots with caution.
It is the responsibility of the host to be transparent when using AI bots with meeting attendees.
If meeting attendees are not comfortable with use of these tools, the tools should not be enabled.
If the data being discussed is sensitive or highly restricted, the bots should not be used.
If an attendee wants to use a bot during a meeting, the attendee must receive prior approval from the host.
See Zoom AI Standard for more details.
