How do I adjust my settings for Zoom AI Companion?

AI Companion settings can be adjusted in your Zoom account settings:

  • Log into the University’s Zoom web portal at zoom.charlotte.edu using your NinerNet credentials
  • Click on Settings in the menu to the left
  • Open the AI Companion tab
  • Enable or disable any features as you prefer: Meeting Summary, AI Companion Questions, Smart Recording, and Whiteboard Content Generation

                >   Any disabled features will need to be enabled before you will be able to use them in future meetings
