Equipment (e.g., computers, laptops) that is available from approved vendors in 49er Mart (e.g., Dell, NinerTech) does not need OneIT review/approval.
However, Colleges may be required to report their equipment purchases to their assigned OneIT Executive Director for support and inventory purposes. Equipment with specialized network connection components (e.g., servers, routers, access points) requires OneIT approval and a Software & IT-Related Request Form must be submitted.
