How can I access the Software & IT-Related Requests dashboard?

End users can find the dashboard link in multiple locations:

  1. On the Software & IT-Related Requests Public Dashboard: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=6b894c9c7dbf46c4bbf2882a5782384c
     
  2. On the OneIT website in the IT Security & Compliance section under the left-side Resources menu: https://oneit.charlotte.edu/information-security-compliance/

3.  In the submission confirmation message that appears in their web browser window after submitting the form.

 

4. In the confirmation email, if they checked the box for that option.​​​​​
