End users may check their own request status by accessing the Software & IT-Related Requests Dashboard and clicking the appropriate link under IT Request Resources.
1. A new web browser window will open to the IT Review Request Status dynamic view:

2. End users may scroll down the list to find their request.
3. End users may identify their request by any of the following fields: Request ID, Date Submitted, Requester, Department, Type, Vendor, and Product/Service.
4. End users may use the Filter option to filter and sort to locate their specific request more easily.

5. To check the request status, find the applicable request row and look at the Request Status field (e.g., Under Review, Approved, Denied).

- Request Status:
- Under Review: in review with OneIT. End users may look at the Modified field to discover the last date and time OneIT review progressed.
- Approved: the request has received OneIT approval. The end user's Purchasing Agent has been notified. End users must contact their Purchasing Agent for status updates and final purchase approval.
- Denied: the request was denied during the OneIT review.

6. If end users have questions about a specific request, they can click on the request row for additional contact information (e.g., Purchasing Agent, AVC/ED, Colleges Director).
