How do I login to Copilot with Data Protection?

  • Go to copilot.charlotte.edu
  • Click Sign In
  • Sign in to Microsoft using username@charlotte.edu
  • Enter your NinerNET password
  • You may be prompted for Duo
  • Choose Go to Copilot for work; DO NOT choose Sign in with a another account.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Once logged in, check for the shield icon in the upper right
    the shield appears in the upper right
    • If you don't see this symbol, you are not using Copilot with Data Protection
