- You may need to completely log out of your University-issued computer, shut down and restart, and log back in to ensure that your device synchronizes with the domain change.
- You may need to sign out of your username@uncc.edu account in Microsoft 365 applications and then ensure that you are logged in using your @charlotte.edu credentials (username@charlotte.edu) to continue use of any Microsoft 365 application.
- Fully sign out of any Microsoft application on a mobile device and then sign in using your @charlotte.edu credentials (username@charlotte.edu)
