What do I do if I have a problem logging in or using Microsoft software after this change?

If you experience any issues signing in or using Microsoft applications, follow these steps:

  1. Reboot your computer
  2. Log back into your computer using your NinerNet credentials
  3. Sign out of any Microsoft applications that still show your @uncc.edu creditials 
  4. Sign back in to any Micorsoft applications using your @charlotte.edu credentials, username@charlott.edu
