How do I assign a delegate in Concur?

  1. Select the Profile icon
  2. Select the Profile Settings option
  3. Select the Expense Delegates from the Profile Options list
    Delegates may also be assigned through the Request Delegates area. Regardless of the option selected, delegates can access both the Request and Expense Report functions. 
  4. Select the Add button and search for the employee you want to assign as a delegate
  5. Select the employee you wish to add as a delegate
  6. Select the tasks you want the delegate to perform on your behalf 
    Selecting Can Approve will also automatically check the Can View Receipts option since delegates who can approve receipts must be able to view them. Delegates can also be set up as Can Approve Temporary for a specific time frame or as Can Preview for Approver. Additionally, approval delegates also have the option to receive approval emails by selecting Receives Approval Emails
  7. Select the Save button
