How do I purchase a physical phone to work with Zoom phone?

  • Starting September 1, 2024, departments will need to purchase a new Yealink physical phone through 49erMartt through  using either CDW-G, GovConnection or Amazon for Business.
  • Departments must purchase a Yealink T58W Pro 7" Digital phone to work with Zoom phone.
    • NOTE: if a department purchases a different model phone, it will not be used.
    • It is not necessary to get the camera option with the physical phone
  • Once the physical phone is received, the department will need to put in a Physical Phone request to get the phone configured and installed through OneIT
  • NOTE: If a department has access to an existing Cisco phone that has been configured for Zoom pre-Sept. 1, 2024, the phone can be reassigned to a new user.
