Appspace offers built-in utilities for adjusting how often certain content will play on the screen.
This feature can allow a content admin to prioritize certain pieces of content over others or ensure a piece of content plays at least or no more than a certain number of times.
One of the most useful is the Air Time option which lets you select how much time one content folder/piece will stay on the screen in relation to others.
To locate the frequency restrictions, open the Playout Properties on the folder or content you wish to adjust.

- Exactly - forces Appspace to play the content a specific number of times per selected time period.

- At most - tells the scheduling algorithm to limit how often the content plays to a specific number of times per selected period.

- Every x loops - attempts to set the content to only play every x loops of the main content cycle.

- Air time % - The most complicated but useful option– Air time will the content or folder to take that much time on the screen, spacing all other content around it.
This option is very useful to prioritize your content, while still sharing some screen time with the Common Library.
If you choose to use this option, it is recommended to set your department's folder to 50% of airtime and then let Appspace calculate the rest.
