How do I access NotebookLM?

The Office of OneIT is piloting the use of NotebookLM as part of the University’s Google for Education environment. Only members of the pilot group have access at this time.

  • Access NotebookLM at https://notebooklm.google.com/

  • Ensure you are logged into Google using your @ charlotte.edu account to access the version provided by the University

  • If you encounter a message stating that you do not have access to NotebookLM, try the following actions:

    • verify you are logged into your university account

    • log out of your account and then log back in

    • clear your browser cache (see this FAQ for assistance)

    • contact the service desk for further assistance.
