Due to the recent update to the Canvas URL (https://instructure.charlotte.edu), previously created Zoom meetings and recordings will not automatically display in the Canvas Zoom interface. See below for details on how to access these.
1. To access these older Zoom meetings and recordings in Canvas, click on Zoom in your Canvas course's left navigation menu.

2. Notice that you may see "No Data" displayed on the landing page beneath your "Upcoming Meetings", "Previous Meetings", or "Cloud Recordings"

3. To allow others in the class to see the meeting, import the meeting using the following steps:
a. Find the meeting in “All My Zoom Meetings/Recordings”

b. Next, copy the Meeting ID

c. Then click on the three dots next to "Schedule a New Meeting" and select Import Meeting from the drop-down menu

d. Paste the Meeting ID in the Import Meeting box and then click the blue Import button

4. The meeting will now be visible on the Previous Meetings tab (see example below):

5. This meeting will now be visible to students as well.
Note: Any meetings scheduled/recordings created on or after December 18, 2024, using the NEW Canvas URL (https://instructure.charlotte.edu), will display as expected on the main Zoom landing page when you click on the left-hand Zoom navigation link in Canvas.
