Do sponsored guests or student employees get a University Dropbox account?

1. No. Sponsored guests and student employees will not be automatically given a University Dropbox account.
2. If a University Dropbox account is needed, please complete the request form on this page to make the request.
   1. Only faculty/staff members can request and sponsor the request.
   2. The sponsor assumes responsibility for all activity associated with this access, including notifying the IT Service Desk when access is no longer needed.

NOTE: Dropbox access is not available to non-employed students, generic accounts, or Emeritus faculty who did not use Dropbox prior to retirement.  Google Drive or One Drive can be used instead.
