1. Shared Mac Computers will display the Microsoft login window. The Mac must be connected to a network through Ethernet or wifi to display the Jamf Connect login screen. For wifi on campus, choose NinerWiFi-Guest and click Join. (Note: Eduroam is currently not available for connection at the login screen)
2. Enter your NinerNET email address (ex. jsmith@charlotte.edu) and NinerNET password to log in.
3. Complete DUO for multifactor authentication if prompted.
4. Click Agree to accept the University’s Terms and Conditions to proceed to the desktop.
5. If it is your first time logging into the computer an account will be created.
6. If you previously logged into the computer, you may be asked to choose your account from a list to sync the account.
If you're prompted to sync your passwords, enter your network password again or the password used to log in before if it is different.
