What support does OneIT provide for networked printers?

  • OneIT supports network connectivity and adding printers to endpoint devices.
  • Vendors provide hardware and configuration support.
  • If faxing and scanning is required, OneIT provides and supports networking but the vendor must configure the device.

Please plan accordingly when scheduling vendor installations and coordinate with OneIT Support staff regarding scheduling. Model, Serial Number, and MAC Address information for networked printers/copiers are required for network registration requests. These can be obtained from your vendor before your installation date and sent to OneIT. See this FAQ
