What is included in a Ricoh printer maintenance agreement?

  • Parts, labor, toner, drum, developer and staples are included in the monthly cost-per-page billing.
  • Paper is not included. The cost per page spring 2025 is .0069 per black-and-white page and .047 per colored page.
    • There is no minimum volume commitment. For example, if a department makes 1,000 black and white copies, the service and supply expense would be $6.90.
