Why are printers being migrated from Repros to OneIT?

  • Auxiliary Services is no longer able to support the managed fleet program for printers through REPROS.
  • These exisiting printers will be migrated to OneIT starting mid-May 2025; the migration will be completed by June 30, 2025.
  • Support and service will change, see this website for more details.
  • A detailed migration schedule will be available by mid-March, 2025.
    • Department liaisons will need to be available on the day of migration to verify the MFP is working
    • Department personnel may need to "re-add" the MFP and verify the default printer the first time they go to print.
    • OneIT will have staff available on the day of migration to help customers get the printer set-up.
