The Jamf Connect login window is not displaying on a shared Mac computer

When the Jamf Connect login window is not displaying and the message “Your Mac is not connected to a network”, check your network connection. If it’s an iMac or a MacBook connected to a dock, check the Ethernet connection.

If there is no Ethernet connection to the Mac, choose the wireless icon in the top right of the screen to connect to a wireless connection. Choose a wireless network from the list. If the network requires authentication you can authenticate at the login screen. If you are on campus, choose NinerWiFi-Guest and click Join. (note: Eduroam is currently not available for connection at the login screen)

Once the Mac is connected to the network, the login window will appear.

If a shared computer is showing the local login screen, press the computer image in the top right of the login screen to get back to the Jamf Connect login window.

If you experience any errors at the login screen before signing in, click the reset button in the top right of the login screen beside the computer image.
