How do I copy Classic Question Banks to New Quizzing Item Banks?

Classic Quizzing Question Banks are now part of the content copied when you import/copy an existing course that contains a quiz that uses a Classic Question Bank.  Classic Quizzing Question Banks are converted to New Quizzing Item Banks.

All content copied over with a course, including Quizzes and Question Banks.

In addition, you can migrate existing Classic Quizzes to the New Quizzes format during course copy/import. Checking the box "Convert Content to New Quizzes."
