The text of this error reads:

You may be seeing this page because you used the Back button while browsing a secure web site or application. Alternatively, you may have mistakenly bookmarked the web login form instead of the actual web site you wanted to bookmark or used a link created by somebody else who made the same mistake. Left unchecked, this can cause errors on some browsers or result in you returning to the web site you tried to leave, so this page is presented instead.

Why does this happen?

Usually, this error occurs because you are using the Safari browser on a Mac or iOS device. University sites are generally compatible with these browsers, but can have issues.

How do I fix this?

If you are using an Apple device, you will need to clear your cache and cookiesPlease note: this will log you out of any other open sites, and may cause you to lose unsaved work. Please be sure to save before clearing your cache and cookies.

Clear cache and cookies for iPhone or iPad Clear cache and cookies in Safari for Mac
Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. Open Safari, and from the menu bar select Safari > Settings > Privacy
Tap Remove All Website Data. Select Manage Website Data, then click Remove All

If you are still experiencing issues after clearing your cache and cookies, please consider using a different Chromium browser, like Chrome or Firefox. These browsers are officially supported and recommended by the university.
