If you've previously used poll questions embedded in a Google Slides deck and are now seeing error messages when launching the polls, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the Chrome extension.
Follow the steps below to restore the connection between Google Slides and Poll Everywhere.
1. Launch Google Chrome and sign-in with your UNC Charlotte NinerNET email address (@charlotte.edu)
Note: Do not log in with an alias email or email with the @uncc.edu suffix.
2. Click on the three dots next to your "signed in" profile name and picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen(1), click on Extensions from the menu (2) and Manage Extensions from the menu.

3. See the Poll Everywhere for Google Slides extension, choose Remove, the extension will be uninstalled/removed.

5. Click on Google Slides

6. Click on Add Chrome Extension
7. Click Add extension

8. The extension will download and be added the Chrome - you will see the following Chrome notification:

9. Now try to run your polls in Poll Everywhere. They should launch as expected.
10. If you still receive an error message, remove the poll and re-install the poll into the slide deck. This should resolve all errors.
